The med pass
A round you can read at arm’s length.
An unrecorded dose turns overdue when its window closes. A missed dose takes a reason.
- GivenWho gave it and when.
- MissedRequired reason attached.
- Due nowTap to record the dose.
The home, on one screen
Every shift writes into one app.
So the plan, the med pass and the day say the same thing — written the day it happens, not on the weekend after.

The plan, and every version before it.
Change what a resident needs and the old version stays — who changed it, when, and why. The twelve-month reappraisal counts itself down, per resident.
- Every revision kept, with its change note
- Reappraisal clock on each resident
- The plan a caregiver opens on shift is the current one
The day, signed as it happens.
Morning care, meals, the med pass, the night check — each one ticked off on the tablet by the person who did it, at the minute they did it. Nothing to go back and fill in on Friday.
- Every dose signed by the med tech who passed it
- A name on every row, even on a shared tablet login
- Keeps working when the internet drops
A fall at 2am, and the calls it starts.
Write down what happened once. The screen names everyone who has to be told — the family, the doctor, the state — and holds each clock until it is marked done.
- Who to tell, and by when
- A copy of the report you filed, on the resident’s record
- Edits show; nothing changes quietly later
Who’s going, and what goes with them.
Every visit on the home’s calendar, with the note the caregiver actually needs: bring the med list, the daughter is driving. Nobody finds out at 8am.
- One calendar, or one resident at a time
- What to bring, who is driving
- In the same app as the care plan
Families
Families see the day, and only what consent allows.
The notes, meals and vitals your caregivers record anyway, shown to the people named in a signed authorization. Staff write the update once.

The unannounced visit
Know what’s missing before the state does.
Care plans, the MAR, drills, credentials and consent in one view. Fix what is red, then print the dates you were asked for.

California · Title 22
The records California asks to see.
Each one sits with the rule it answers to, filled in by the work your staff do anyway.
The needs and services plan
A care plan in the LIC 625 shape, with every revision kept — the review trail the rule asks for every 12 months and on a significant change of condition.
The centrally stored medication record
The LIC 622 record, kept as a line per pharmacy fill — quantity, date filled, prescription number, pharmacy — so last month’s bottle reconciles as well as the one in the cabinet today.
The unannounced visit
Print the medication record, the med-pass log or the daily care record for the dates you are asked for, over any range up to three years.
Sevana organizes operational evidence for inspection readiness. It does not determine compliance or replace facility policy and legal guidance.
The record
Records you can stand behind.
Every claim on this page ends in a record someone outside your home may ask to see. These are the controls that hold when they do.

Getting started
Three steps, and you are working in it.
We load your residents and medications with you. You can add your first resident the same day you start.
Your home’s details
Address, license number and capacity, so reports and the inspection view are right from the first day.
Invite your team
Admins, nurses and caregivers each get their own sign-in. You can do this later.
Your first resident
One resident is enough to see the daily routine, the med pass and the care plan working.
Straight answers
What owners ask before anything else.
Short answers here. Anything else, ask us on the call.
What does setup involve?
Residents, medications, staff and documents go in first, and we load them with you. Then the readiness check runs and tells you what is still missing. How long it takes depends on your census and the state of the files you bring.
We’re on paper or another system. How do we switch?
Bring your census and MAR as they are. We load them with you. There is no migration project and nothing to reformat first.
How is pricing set?
Your first month is free. After that it is $14.99 per month for each occupied bed — the residents you have, not the capacity on your license — prorated to the day when someone moves in or out. Every feature is included. The full terms are on the pricing page.
Who owns resident data, and how is it protected?
You own your data. Audit entries are sealed so a later edit shows, staff access is scoped by facility, family access follows signed resident authorizations, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Will my caregivers be able to use it?
Each caregiver taps the dose or task they just did, and their name goes on the row.
Am I locked in?
No. You can close your account at any time by writing to us, and your records can be printed before you go.
See your own home on the screen.
Thirty minutes with your own census on the screen, and you will know whether this fits your home.
